job description and requirements:
1. reasonably arrange and control and coordinate the production plan under the existing production capacity. assist in analysis and control of manufacturing cost. responsible for the time schedule
2. arrange production planning, coordinate production planning and relevant production departments
3. coordinate the implementation plan of relevant departments
4. monitor the planned output rate every day
5. continuously monitor the production situation and give feedback when necessary
